North Carolina has been one of the most notable and highly-discussed states in the US over the last few decades. Hundreds of large companies and corporations have chosen to relocate here, leading to rapid development of the state.While many think that the influx of large companies would lead to a generally higher quality of work in the state, this could not be further from the truth.

we are a group of high school students avid about making change in our community. We hope that this mini documentary of sorts will help North Carolina shift in a new direction, supporting unionization, higher wages, and paid sick leave among other benefits.
